1. Who we are

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use it

Anyone can browse and download. To create an account or upload, you must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they should read these terms with you.

3. Downloads

Everything here is free. Each item shows its licence: follow it (for example, give credit where it says so). Items are provided "as is": we check uploads, but we can't promise every file is error-free, safe on every device, or suitable for your project. Scan files before use and keep backups. Nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation; "Roblox" is their trademark.

4. Uploading your work

When you upload, you promise that: you made it yourself or have every right needed to share it; it doesn't copy anyone else's work, music, characters or brands without permission; it contains no malware, hidden scripts, backdoors or scams; and it follows the upload rules.

You keep ownership of your work. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display, promote and let people download it under the licence you chose, for as long as it's on the site. You can delete your uploads at any time from your account page; copies people already downloaded keep the licence they came with.

If someone makes a legal claim against us because something you uploaded broke these promises, you're responsible for it, to the extent the law allows.

5. Not allowed

Illegal content; anything sexual, violent, hateful, bullying or unsuitable for children; other people's personal information; copyright or trademark infringement; malware or anything harmful; spam; pretending to be us or someone else; trying to break, overload or scrape the site; dodging a ban.

6. Keeping people safe

Every upload is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Anyone can report an item with the ⚑ Report button on its page or by emailing cubeburststudios@outlook.com. We review reports as quickly as we can and remove content that's illegal or breaks these terms. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts (including repeat copyright infringers) and keep records needed for safety or the law.

7. Complaints

If you disagree with a decision we made (for example, removing your upload or banning your account), or want to complain about how we handle safety, email cubeburststudios@outlook.com with the details. We'll look at it again and reply. You can also contact Ofcom, the UK's online safety regulator.

9. Accounts

You sign in with Roblox or Google; keep that account secure. Accounts are personal: don't share or sell them. You can stop using the site at any time.

10. Our responsibility to you

The site is free and provided "as is". We aren't responsible for losses from using downloads, the site being unavailable, or content uploaded by other people, except where the law says we can't exclude that responsibility (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Ads

The site is paid for by ads from Google. We don't control which ads appear; tell us about any unsuitable ad and we'll block it.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there can hear disputes (if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts).
